Rooted & Restored

Yoga, Massage & Bodywork with Ashley Kaszynski, LMT #26694

Massage therapy and yoga instruction built on nearly two decades of learning what the body needs to release and restore — from whitewater rivers to a Thai massage school in Thailand, now rooted in Eugene.

What I Offer

Therapeutic massage and intentional yoga — built around what your body is asking for, and designed to help you reconnect to yourself.

Massage Therapy

Intuitive, yet intentional. Strong, yet sensitive.

I provide therapeutic bodywork drawing on deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Thai massage techniques — adapted to what your body needs in the moment.

By appointment, Eugene, OR
  • Deep Tissue

Targeted, sustained pressure for chronic tension and old injuries.

  • Swedish

Long, flowing strokes for full-body relaxation and circulation.

  • Prenatal

Supportive, side-lying bodywork for the changing body of pregnancy.

  • Thai Massage

Rooted in ancient Thai healing traditions, this clothed bodywork is performed on a mat on the floor using mindful pressure, assisted stretching, and rhythmic compression along energy lines — often called "the lazy man's yoga." A deeply therapeutic experience that leaves you feeling open, balanced, and restored.

What People Are Saying

I love Ashley's classes for the invigorating pace, creative sequences and unique transitions. Her choreography delivers a meditation through movement that strengthens my body, sharpens my focus, and has deepened my commitment to yoga. Ashley cues opportunities to challenge oneself or take rest depending on what one needs from their practice on a given day.

Frequently Asked Questions

I require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged 50% of the scheduled session price. If you're dealing with sudden illness or an emergency, please reach out and we'll figure it out together.
Wear whatever you're comfortable in — most clients undress to their comfort level for massage (you're always fully draped with a sheet, and only the area being worked on is uncovered) and wear casual, comfortable clothing for yoga sessions. Before we start, we'll talk through what you're hoping to get out of the session, any areas of focus, and your comfort with pressure. You're always welcome to ask questions or request changes at any point.
Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or card through the online booking platform.
I mostly work out of my Eugene office, but I'm happy to travel to your home or office for an additional fee, which depends on distance. Just mention it when you book and we'll sort out the details.
